As with any investment strategy understanding and managing risk is critical to successful results.  To help in this area, the Fund typically operates portfolio assets internally with its in-house operating group, so as to control the scope and pace of development and the timing of exit.

We are currently looking for investments in the U.S., consistent with our business development criteria, and predominately in Texas, Mid–Continent, and the Rocky Mountain region.
