Vice President Business Development
Tom is a petroleum engineer with over 32 years experience in the energy industry. Tom directs Blue Tip Energy's business development efforts and also plays a senior role with the acquisition and divestiture of portfolio assets. Prior to joining Blue Tip Energy's senior management team, Tom founded and ran ProTechnics International in 1984 and grew the company for 12 years until Core Laboratories purchased it in 1996. Tom then founded and ran Production Access in 1997 and grew PA for 10 years until Petris Technologies purchased it in 2007.
Earlier in his career, Tom's work focus included drilling, completions, field and operations management as petroleum engineer for Phillips Petroleum, Getty Oil Company and Snyder Oil Company in the Rocky Mountains and Stavanger, Norway. Tom graduated with B.S. in petroleum engineering from Montana Tech. He has been married 28 years. He and Linda have two boys. |
